Emma is the founder of ELN Hair & Tattoo Removal, a highly qualified laser technician and one of Radiant's Founding Resident Practitioners.

Specialising in Laser Hair Removal and Laser Tattoo Removal, Emma combines professional laser technology with a friendly, straightforward and completely personalised approach. She takes time to understand each client, explain the treatment process clearly and create an appropriate treatment plan around the results they would like to achieve.

For clients looking for a long-term solution to unwanted hair, Emma provides individually planned laser hair removal treatments within Radiant's professional and discreet clinical environment.

She also specialises in laser tattoo removal for clients wishing to fade or remove unwanted tattoos. Emma uses Q-switched KTP/YAG laser technology to target tattoo pigment, with treatment tailored according to the individual tattoo, skin and client.

Having been part of Radiant from the beginning, Emma shares the clinic's commitment to professional, trusted treatments where clients feel comfortable, informed and genuinely looked after throughout their treatment journey.

Dwaine Ford is a GOsC Registered Osteopath, Shockwave Therapist and Sports Injury Specialist with almost 20 years' experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

With an MSc in Sport & Exercise Medicine and a BSc (Hons) in Osteopathic Medicine, Dwaine has a particular interest in sports injuries, rehabilitation, spinal and joint problems, tendon pain and helping patients return comfortably to everyday activity or sport.

His approach goes beyond simply relieving immediate symptoms. Dwaine works to understand why an injury or problem has developed, creating an individual treatment and rehabilitation plan designed to support recovery and help reduce the likelihood of recurrence.

His experience includes working with elite athletes across a range of sports, as well as Milton Keynes Dons FC, Crawley FC and Heathfield & Waldron Rugby Club.

Alongside osteopathic treatment, Dwaine also offers Shockwave Therapy, Dry Needling and Kinesiology Taping, allowing him to take a multidisciplinary approach according to the individual needs of each patient.

Lisa Fossey offers Reflexology and Nutritional Therapy at Radiant Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, providing a warm and highly personalised approach with a particular interest in women's health, midlife, perimenopause and menopause.

Lisa offers both traditional Reflexology and Hot Stone Reflexology, providing relaxing treatments designed to encourage rest, relaxation and a sense of balance. Hot Stone Reflexology combines traditional techniques with the soothing warmth of heated stones for an especially comforting and restorative treatment.

Alongside reflexology, Lisa specialises in nutritional therapy for women experiencing the changes associated with perimenopause, menopause and midlife. She takes time to understand each client's health, lifestyle and individual goals before developing realistic recommendations that work alongside everyday life.

Areas she can support include low energy and fatigue, changes in weight and metabolism, disrupted sleep, brain fog, mood changes and other concerns associated with hormonal changes.

Lisa also offers Nutrigenomics Testing, exploring how an individual's genetics may influence areas such as metabolism, hormone balance, detoxification and nutritional requirements. These insights can be incorporated into a personalised nutritional therapy programme.

Sophia is an experienced holistic practitioner and writer with more than 25 years of study, training, teaching and practice across mind, body, energy, spirit, creativity and wellbeing.

As a Reiki Master, Sophia offers deeply restorative Reiki treatments using gentle hands-on or hands-off energy healing. Each session provides dedicated time to pause, rest and reconnect with yourself, with clients remaining fully clothed and comfortable throughout.

Sophia is also a trained Menopause Yoga Teacher and Menopause Wellbeing Practitioner, supporting women through perimenopause and menopause with a whole-person approach incorporating movement, meditation, relaxation, education and supportive conversation.

She also offers Soul Contract Readings, providing personal insight into individual patterns, challenges, gifts, motivations and potential.

Treatments include Reiki, Extended Reiki Sessions, Soul Contract Readings and Holistic Menopause Support.

Vicki qualified as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist in July 2012, having trained with some of the UK's leading practitioners.

Before embarking on her career in Craniosacral Therapy, Vicki spent many years working in education as a teacher, Head of Department and Housemistress at one of the UK's few state-run boarding schools. During this time, she developed a particular interest in how the body responds to stress, trauma and emotional tension.

Vicki offers a gentle, compassionate approach, working with clients seeking support for migraines, headaches, concussion and post-concussion syndrome (PCS), stress, sleep difficulties, fatigue, fibromyalgia, anxiety and the effects of injury or overwhelm. She provides a calm, supportive environment where clients of all ages can feel safe, heard and respected.

Vicki is fully insured, a qualified teacher, certified First Aider and holds an enhanced DBS check. She is a member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA) and the International Affiliation of Biodynamic Trainings. In October 2025, she was invited to become a Trustee of the CSTA.
