A Bespoke plan is written for you after a face-to-face consultation, so it can't be chosen online. Our team creates a personalised 12-month plan combining the treatments best suited to you, and plans when each one is due. The cost is spread into affordable monthly payments by Direct Debit, with a saving of 5% on plans from £600, 7.5% on plans from £1,500 and 10% on plans from £2,000.

Treatments within each package are subject to clinical assessment, and our team will schedule your appointments with you. AlumierMD skincare products are paid for separately. Membership FAQs

The practical details of how a Radiant Package membership works — cancelling, pausing, changing tier, and what happens if a payment doesn't go through.

There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee — you can cancel at any time, online or by getting in touch, with no need to call. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month: the payment already collected for that month isn't refunded, but no further payments are taken afterwards, and anything you've already got booked within that final month can still go ahead as planned. Any treatment entitlement left unused at the point of cancellation is forfeited — it doesn't convert to a refund or credit. If any treatments you've received are still outstanding at cancellation, we reserve the right to collect the balance owed.
Your annual allowance resets each year rather than rolling over indefinitely. To make sure nothing feels lost in the changeover, you get a 30-day grace window into the new year to use anything left over from the year before.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, so you get access to everything the higher tier includes straight away. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date rather than immediately, so you keep what you've already paid for in full this year.
Our payment provider automatically retries a failed payment, so in most cases no action is needed. While a payment is outstanding, new bookings are paused until it's resolved — we'll always let you know with a friendly reminder rather than any surprise.
Yes — pausing is available for situations like travel or illness. While paused, billing stops and your annual allowance is put on hold too, so you won't lose entitlement while you're away, though nothing new can be booked until you resume. Pausing is capped at up to 2 months a year.
